PhotoTravel takes us back on a Photo Tour to Papua New Guinea , to get to know one of the most impressive and photogenic areas of the planet from an ethnographic point of view.
Located just over 150 kilometers north of Australia, this Melanesian nation shares the island with Indonesia. A place that treasures an enormous cultural wealth with more than 800 tribes. In a natural environment, full of dense tropical forests, idyllic islands, its impressive Highlands and volcanic landscapes. A magical place with a unique ecosystem that is home to unusual wildlife such as the famous birds of paradise.
But Papua New Guinea is also a photographic paradise because of its dizzying array of ethnic groups. Together with PhotoTravel guides, you will be able to learn about the traditional culture of the local tribes in the Highlands at the Goroka Sing Sing Festival.
Still steeped in mysticism, Papua New Guinea remains one of the world’s most remote and intriguing destinations. An ideal destination for intrepid travelers looking for an adventure on one of the borders of the world’s borders.
This is going to be the philosophy of PhotoTravel, remote and exclusive destinations within the reach of very few agencies in the world, we will continue to make a mark in the world of Photographic Travel.
