Many of you ask me what I take on PhotoTravel Photo Trips, what is inside my photographic backpack, my travel bag… I’m going to try to answer it!
You have to keep in mind that the way to approach a trip, both in the photographic and logistical aspects, is a personal decision and that will be reflected in what each one selects when packing the suitcase, ah! and there is no perfect backpack!, simply with years of experience is what one feels most comfortable.
Also, don’t forget that in many of the countries we visit we can buy everything, so you don’t need to be very loaded either. And finally, keep in mind that on PhotoTravel Photography Trips we move a lot and change hotels several times, so carrying bulky luggage is not practical at all.
I leave you with a list that I hope you will find useful, it is focused on Summer Photographic Trips.

MY PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT
For the plane I carry a small backpack where I include:

- For the flight I always recommend an eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush and something for the cold (long sleeves and socks), which sometimes put the air conditioning very strong and you can get cold on the first day!
NOTE: All batteries must be carried with you, if you invoice them it is most likely that they will be taken from you.
For day to day I carry a shoulder bag where I include:
- Canon 5D Mark IV camera with lens, most of the time outside, so I always have it at hand, and as a counterweight the 15L shoulder bag of the Decathlon of 10€ (I don’t like photographic backpacks), so I am very comfortable!! … and in the shoulder bag I carry:
