PhotoTravel’s new adventure! We go on a prospect to discover the Wakhan Corridor, a remote and narrow strip of territory in northern Afghanistan, which extends to China and separates Tajikistan from Pakistan. With its stunning mountain scenery, vast valleys, and meandering rivers, it is a paradise for nature and photography lovers. An enclave linked to the ancient caravans that traveled the Silk Road and that evokes the feats of historical travelers such as Marco Polo, Bento de Goes or Aurel Stein. And this time it’s us who will embark on an epic journey to the Wakhan Corridor. Get ready to capture the wild, unfiltered beauty of the Wakhan Corridor through your camera. Snow-capped mountains, green grasslands, and blue skies provide a stunning backdrop for the most striking photographs. During our trip, we will have the unique opportunity to visit the local ethnicities, including the Wakhi and the Kyrgyz. These communities have maintained their traditional way of life for centuries, and their hospitality and culture are truly fascinating. A challenging, but also incredibly rewarding journey, in which the human and photographic rewards will be immense. Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Let’s explore the Wakhan Corridor together!
