We repeat the adventure!! After the success of its first edition, our 20 PhotoTravellers achieved their goal of reaching Everest Base Camp. One more year we are once again embarking on the Everest Base Camp Trek Photographic Trip, an incomparable experience of which we are proud to be the only Spanish agency to organize this emblematic photographic trip. So don’t hesitate any longer, if you want to admire and photograph the most impressive peaks on the planet, this is your chance. We offer you an affordable adventure adapted to your physical condition, and unbeatable in photography. We propose an affordable photographic trip to the Khumbu Valley, the native area of the Sherpas, and where Everest is located, it is a simple trek in its difficulty, where we will enter the Sagarmatha National Park and Namche Bazaar, the capital and commercial center of the Khumbu. We will continue advancing up the valley passing by the Tyangboche Monastery, located under the buttresses of the colossus Ama Dablam (6,921m). We will hike to Gorap Shep, and from there we will ascend to Kala Patthar (5,643m) and Everest Base Camp, where we will be able to contemplate the incredible sunset between the Himalayan mountains and enjoy the view of Mount Everest, surrounded by other giants such as Nuptse (7861m) and Lhotse (8561m).
And this year as a novelty, the return from Periche is made by helicopter!, experiencing the entire Khumbu valley from above is a unique sensation!!
A trip that will be forever etched in your memory. And it is that, “… Nepal falls in love…”. At PhotoTravel we like to make your dreams come true… and this time yes, with our help you will be able to do them.
What is the Everest Base Camp Trek like?
We have prepared a Trek for photographers, it is relatively simple, with few slopes, the only handicap is that it is done at height. To improve acclimatization we will do it in very short stages, in addition, in this way, we will be able to observe life in the valley, its customs, its culture, while taking photographs.
My photographic equipment weighs a lot
Don’t worry, each of us will be assigned a porter who will be in charge of transporting the material we will need for the trek. In addition, for every three travelers , another porter will take care of our photographic material (tripods, cameras, lenses) so that we can always have all our equipment at hand.
“The idea is that you carry the minimum, a small backpack, a bottle of water and your camera.”
Is it safe?
Given our many years of experience, we have taken care of the safety and assistance aspect in detail.
We carry a high-altitude first aid kit with an oxygen bottle included, a Nepalese telephone with a 24-hour connection in case of any contingency, and linked to communication to Spain to organize any possible rescue.
Who accompanies me?
At all times, 24 hours a day, you will be accompanied by expert guides who will assist and advise you on the different aspects of the trip. Without a doubt, a luxury that will make your trip a wonderful experience!
Do you want technical advice or a personalized training program?
The PhotoTravel team will advise you and prepare a personalized program for a specific workout, this will help you enjoy even more… we have one year!! and the best thing is completely free..

In the afternoon we will ascend to the Memorial to the fallen on Everest, one of the best images of trekking, where we will take beautiful and emotional photographs. Without any difficulty we will reach Lobuche, where we can enjoy spectacular views of Lhotse, Pumori and a good number of other mountains of 6,000, 7,000 and 8,000 meters.
