We are heading back to India and it is already our 20th Edition. Without a doubt, the India Photographic Trip is our star trip, making us the first Spanish agency in photographic travel, a country that I assure you will not leave you indifferent. The tour is designed to touch the different cultures of the deepest India; we will visit the chaotic Delhi, the elegance of the Taj Mahal in Agra and we will contemplate on the banks of the Ganges the ritual of cremations in the holiest city in India, Varanasi. We will fly to the Sikh culture, in Amritsar where we will visit one of the wonders of India, the Golden Temple. Continue our Photography Trip to India to the birthplace of Yoga, Rishikesh where the Beatles found their “personal karma”. Concluding our adventure by visiting one of the seven holiest cities in India bathed by the Ganges, Haridwar.
We depart by international flight to New Delhi, we can do it from anywhere.
Night on board
We land in New Delhi, after the entry procedures to the country, transfer to the Hotel, check in and short rest, because we have to live the first experience in India, we will cross Delhi by rickshaw (motorcycle taxi) to visit different temples and monuments that run through the city.

Today is one of the most exciting days on our India Photo Trip, visiting one of the seven wonders of the modern world, the Taj Mahal, a mausoleum built out of love. Then we will go to the Agra Fort, and after lunch in an excellent restaurant, we have to live an experience that you will not forget, sleeping on a train in India.
Overnight by night train.
After the “sweet” night on the train, we arrive at what for me is the most impressive city in the world, Varanasi, a ritual of life and death, where we will contemplate the famous Gaths and crematoria. To bid farewell to the night, the puja aarti, prayer to the Mother Goddess in the Ganges. Overnight at Hotel A.D.
Today we have to get up early, see the sunrise on the Ganges, we will travel in our boat the Gaths of Varanasi, hundreds of pilgrims perform the sacred bath. After the boat ride we will take the opportunity to visit the Kushti wrestlers and the silk workshops in the Muslim area of Varanasi. Overnight at Hotel A.D.
Last snapshots through the corners of Varanasi and we head to Amritsar, capital of the Punjab and holiest city of the Sikhs. We will arrive in the evening, rest and taste the cuisine of the Punjab in our spectacular Hotel. Overnight at Hotel A.D.
After the rich breakfast, we visit the Golden Temple, the most sacred monument of the Sikhs where we will spend the whole day getting lost and photographing its many rooms, enjoying the company of the hundreds of Sikh pilgrims who came from all over the world, kind people of heart.
Overnight at Hotel A.D.
Follow our exciting Photographic Trip to India and we change gear, we leave the Sikh culture and return to the Hindu culture, we will fly to the city of Rishikesh
In a spectacular enclave, a beautiful valley where the Ganges descends very roughly, we can visit the numerous Ashrams where pilgrims rest, on the way we will meet some yogis meditating, At nightfall we can witness the puja aarti (prayer).

…”I don’t know what other trips will be like but, of course, with our chacha (Gonzalo) we have had moments of total immersion of great intensity. Then we will have to digest and process everything we have experienced.
Good job, Gonzalo..”

“I loved the trip to India and I think it was very well thought out, for 15 days it is a cool tour that touches the different Indies. Thank you very much for the trip Gonzalo, you are super teacher and super cool, so I hope you continue to have many trips and I will be aware of it!”
Nuria Tapia
…”Gonzalo, thank you for a fantastic trip. We have been able to discover and experience India. The organization has been perfect and photographically the trip is very powerful.
Writing this from the airport, the only bad thing about the trip is that it’s over. How nice those 4 more days of the normal trip would have been.
I hope we will see you soon in another one, the destinations of 2019 are great.
A very strong hug”…

“Well, first of all I loved the trip. It has really been the greatest adventure of my life. I had a great time, and the first day we arrived in Delhi I didn’t have them all with me. But now I look back and I would leave again next year without hesitation. If everything continues as it has been until now and the circumstances arise, do not doubt that I will leave”
Lola Sampedro,Madrid –Photographic Trip India
“Destiny, my love of photography and my passion for traveling made my path cross with Gonzalo’s. Initially in one of his courses and then in one of the best experiences of my life, India.
I had already been to India, I had to go for work…, but I didn’t know her. I didn’t know its colors, its smells, or its people… I wanted to go to India to meet her.
And I will never regret having been accompanied by Gonzalo and the magnificent group that we form.
Gonzalo loves to travel, to know, he is very interested in other cultures, he is passionate about people and what is different. He is a very open person, willing to get to know other worlds.
That is why he loves India and this is reflected in his travels and photographs.
With their travels you will get to know a country in a respectful way with its people, you will open your mind and your heart, you will have fun and, of course, you will improve your photography. Above all, and in my opinion, from a much more artistic than technical section. Gonzalo will teach you how to interpret light, how to compose, and how to get the most out of your camera so you don’t miss a single moment.”
Jose Garcia Moreno,Madrid –Photographic Trip India
“In my case, I was looking for a photographic trip that was affordable, in a small group and guided by someone with a lot of experience, so I decided on Gonzalo.
I was not looking for any kind of course during it, as I have been doing photography for many years. I wanted to empty my mind of all the problems that travel on your own entails: being aware of train schedules, planes, where to get to places, pulling a map and pocket guide at all times… all those things that prevent you from focusing on enjoying everything around you, leaving your mind unoccupied to only worry about the light, the shadows, the framing and enjoy every moment. And always with Gonzalo telling you stories and anecdotes about monuments, ceremonies and life in general. I recommend it 100% and give it 5 *****…”
Max Álvarez, Asturias – Photographic tour India
“It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a trip so much, it’s not only photographic but also cultural, sharing together everything we are seeing and guided by Gonzalo’s experience who explains everything in great detail, makes this trip something unique,,we also have the services of Mahendra Singh, driver Shyam Tours who took us to all corners in his magical Tempo Traveller”
Rosa Velardo, Photographic Journey India
“Not to brag, but when someone tells me about their experiences in India, I let them know that we were at a train station full of cigarettes, curious people and rats in Tundla, 600 km from Varanasi, at 9 pm, after missing the train… And when I see their faces I tell them about the hustle and bustle with the briefcases, the police, the stuck wagons we try to get into, the fabulous sunrise with the inhabitants doing their things next to the tracks at 5 in the morning, the ponds full of lotus flowers, the buffaloes bathing next to the villages and the arrival in Varanasi. After that they look at me in a different way.
My impression could not be better. Thousands of miles from my home, I didn’t feel unsafe at any time (largely thanks to you) but aware that I was living moments that I couldn’t have imagined on any other type of trip.
I loved the Indian beer (Kingfisher), because of how cold it used to be and because of that size so suitable for sharing, I found the food varied, tasty and cheap.
The travel companions were the right ones for this type of trip; people used to traveling to different places with few qualms (I think I was the least “traveled”).
I enjoyed each of the transports, the rickshaw seemed to me the ideal means for that particular type of traffic, the train impressed me and the taxis seemed comfortable (door to door).
Anyway, when I get permission again I’ll sign up again.”
